RGXC Titanium BMX Crank

CNC machined and laser welded by a robotic welding system developed by our in-house automation team, the RGXC Titanium Crank is the lightest & stiffest BMX race crank on the market. 

For over 20 years, the standard in BMX has been Shimano 24mm pinch bolt cranks with steel spindle. Many brands have replicated this and sold a clunky 30oz paper weight hunker mass produced in Asia. Aluminum spindles were deemed too weak for pro level riders, and the industry has always had a shortage of a decent crank for teenagers graduating from square-taper cranks. Q-Factor on a lot of 'Pro' level cranks is as wide as 175mm like the chainstay needs to clear an oversized wheelbarrow tire. It's literally been a game of copy and paste, with no real innovation outside of one or two brands over a twenty year span. 

Our crank is 516g with spindle and spider, that's quite a bit lighter than any crank on the market. It's over a pound lighter than some of the popular options. Our 29mm 7075 aluminum spindle is the same spindle we use on our pro downhill and Redbull Rampage bikes, so it's plenty strong for BMX, and has been tested and approved by Olympians Rico Bearman and Nic Long. 

Plain and simple, starting at 155mm and ranging all the way to 175mm, our narrow Q-Factor and wide range of sizes creates a true one-size fits all crank that is light enough for kids, and strong enough for pros. CNC machined and robotically laser welded right here in San Diego.
